Refunds and Exchanges

There's no refund or insurance for any purchased items. So, please make sure before you check out. If you have any quires about our products or shipping progress. Please contact us directly.
In case, you received damaged items (which may occured during the shipping processes), it can be replaced with a new one (If that item still available). However, you need to send them back to us, also you need to take responsible for your own shipping cost.
